Chateau Mildura employs a unique mix of both old and modern techniques and technology in its winemaking operation.
Small batches of white and red grapes are carefully processed using controlled temperature fermentation and open top fermenters.
The Reds are then hand plunged before oak maturation.

Winemaker, Neville Hudson is a 3rd generation 'local' to sunraysia.
Neville's education in winemaking was gained at Roseworthy and Adelaide University (SA). He has 30 years winemaking experience, which consists of work in numerous vintages in Australia (Hunter Valley NSW and Mildura) and overseas (Czech Republic).
Neville is committed to creating wine designed specifically to be savoured, including a number of alternative varieties of grape.
